General Ledger

S3-CISPUB^TM's General Ledger can function as a stand-alone module or integrate with A/P and offers robust functionality to address the unique needs of publishers. It offers total flexibility in account structures and numbering, financial formatting, recurring journal entries, automatic reversal of journal entries, budget variance reporting and copy and purge functions. Other advantages include: a complete budgeting and multi-year comparison capability for quick, intelligent looks at numbers and percentages for actual vs. budgeted performance, multiple company consolidations, user-defined financial statement formats and an unlimited capacity to post transactions.


General Ledger Module Features:

• All account numbers can be budgeted on a fiscal-period basis.

• Purge functions delete inactive accounts with automatic financial format deletion.
