Invoices & Picking Lists

To streamline your warehouse workflow you need to be able to generate your invoices and shipping documents as business demands. S3-CISPUB^TM lets you decide when and how often to print or send these documents to your warehouse. In addition, you may set business rules for sequence of selection of orders based on your criteria. This would include ship method, zip range, size of order, orders that contain specific products, etc. Invoices can be shipped with the product or sent separately. Multiple fields are included for explanatory notes, back orders, comments, etc. As an order is completed, a picking ticket is generated in a "most efficient" picking sequence (user-defined as noted above). Products can be consolidated for greater efficiency in stock selection as well.

S3-CISPUB^TM can also be interfaced to your shipping manifest system to further speed up your entire business operation.


Invoice and Picking List Features:

• Pre-bill and post-bill invoicing.
• Postage and handling calculated separately, can be based on product or total invoice.
• Unlimited comment lines on both invoice and picking list, can be automatic or ad hoc.
• Bills of lading.
• Rush orders can be printed and processed before normal processing takes place.
• Optional interface to shipping manifest system.
• Special handling comment lines on invoices and picking slips.
