Purchase Orders

The S3-CISPUB^TM Purchasing Module improves the management of processing, printing and matching of purchase orders, receipts and vendor invoices. With this module purchase orders can be entered and edited with ease. Vendor menus provide complete information, as well as discounts provided, terms and shipping requirements. When an order has been input it may be transmitted via fax or printed. In addition, non-standard order situations are handled easily, including blanket and standing orders, multiple ship-to locations, delivery dates and distributions and incomplete orders and over-shipments.

The Purchasing Module integrates with S3-CISPUB^TM Inventory, A/P, G/L and Job Cost Modules to eliminate errors and duplication of effort. It also generates extensive standard reports including outstanding POs, closed POs, canceled POs, back orders and past due orders, as well as a full vendor listing. All reports can be run by selected criteria, can be customized by the user and viewed on-line or printed.
