PHOENIX, AZ - S3 Publishing Technologies, Inc., provider of world-class enterprise software for publishers, and BookZone, Inc., provider of "best-of-breed" Web services and applications for the publishing industry, announced today their strategic alliance agreement, providing publishers and distributors with fully-integrated Order Fulfillment and Web/eCommerce applications.

The interface, available in three parts, provides publishers with full control of Web order processing through S3-CISPUB^TM, makes available all relevant product and customer information to the publisher's Web site applications (including real-time inventory, ONIX-based metadata, etcetera), and allows the end-user to retrieve product fulfillment and tracking information from S3-CISPUB^TM over the Internet.

The interface seamlessly combines the best of both software packages, connecting S3-CISPUB^TM's tools for robust order fulfillment and management, subscriptions and standing orders, accounts receivable accounting, credit management, job costing, royalties management and sales analysis to BookZone's broad range of Web services, including eCommerce and other business data-driven applications.
